A video showing the canadian police in a standoff with the driver of a white van which ploughed into people on the sidewalk has been released on the Internet.
In the Video, the man can be heard telling Police to shoot him in the head after being told to get down from the vehicle.
The attack has left 10 dead and many more seriously wounded.
